[Milsurplus] PRC-119 problem

My PRC-119 (non-A) had suddenly gone dead.

No powerup from battery or vehicular mount.

Anyone have a schematic of the input power circuitry? 

I am wondering if there is a fuse in the primary DC circuit which may have opened up or a reverse polarity protection circuit that may be defective.
