[Milsurplus] Info needed

Digging around in storage found an item I'd like to get ID info on if
available.
You military expert guys might know.

Have the following:  5820-00-938-0247, Elec Equip MK-1303/V, 1@ M60 Accy Kit.

Appears to be an antenna kit of sorts.  Have not opened it all up, just
one box inside the main box, looks like a very rugged antenna mount.  One
package is labeled 'carrying bag'  Unit is brand new, looks like maybe
could use it somewhere?

Any input?
