That is quite appealing.  It's the "Journal of Radio" which can be
deciphered easily by pronouncing the cyrillic letters in the title.

I have always regretted not having taken any formal courses in
Russian when I was in still in school.  It would help with the manuals
I have for my Russian weapons and radio gear.  Courses like 
RosettaStone-tm run quite a few hundred dollars.
