Dave and Hue,

While the panel layout is very similar to the MI-8751 / SCR-288 "Swedish 
Set", it appears to be a bit wider and taller, based on the position of 
the labels and clearance above the antenna and ground terminals.  Also, 
there's no RCA meatball.  I'm betting it's the aircraft TX upon which 
the field radio was based.
