If using FireFox you see the index page but when searchinig get:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.logsa.army.mil.

Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).

(Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)

The page you are trying to view can not be shown because the authenticity of 
the received data could not be verified.

I looked for the settings shown below in FireFox but did not find them -------

Using IE6 error messages appeared with instructions on things to try which when 
done worked as follows:

Tools \ Internet Options \ Connections \ LAN Settings
check: Automatically detect settings
restart IE6.

Tools \ Internet Options \ Advanced - scroll to security
check:
Use SSL 2.0
Use SSL 3.0
USE TLS 1.0
