As far as I know, none of us on these lists have full access.  And being 
retired military is no help.  I called the Help Desk a year or so ago to see what 
the requirements for being granted log-in priveleges were.  The guy told me 
that the first two were a .MIL or .GOV email address and a current security 
clearance.  Since I retired, I no longer have either.  So I thanked him and hung 
up.
