Let me ask this about the BC-375:
Dave, when you throttled back the 375
for 40w out, what was the input plate 
current?
Also- a more generic transmitter question.
I assume the transmit dyno only spins up
when manually switching to transmit, is this
right? Then - say no radio op was available,
is it possible to send CW, say an SOS, by
keying the microphone? At extremely slow
speed, or not at all? Tnx- Hue Miller
