[Milsurplus] Heavy Tripods?

I am in need of the "end-all" tripod for holding various antennas and
equipment in the field.  I've been mickey-mousing with various military and
surveying tripods for nearly twenty years, I'd like to finally have
something I could can use on pavement, a mountian-top, side of a cliff, in a
hurricane, avalanche, nuclear blast...  You get the idea, but something
smaller that a trailer with out-riggers.  I saw one, somewhere, could darned
near put my truck on it, level it out, shackle it to what-ever, where ever,
hoping to find something along these lines, maybe two or three.
