[Milsurplus] Amperage ratings for PRC-25 power?

Steve Haney once made a very nice amplified speaker that also allowed for powering the PRC-25 through the acc jack on the front panel from 12vdc.

I'm thinking about making a power supply for the PRC-25s, can't afford 
to keep them in batteries. Anyone have digrams or docs that show the 
amperage ratings for the +12-15VDC and +3VDC lines? I'd rather not melt 
anything...
