[Milsurplus] Please help identify: Antenna, AS-881/UR.

Please help identify the application of this device.

It is a vertical dipole inside a fiberglass radome.

The driven element is 13 7/8" tall, 3 3/4" across.

The "cold" side is 31" high, 4 3/8" across the top, 5 3/4" across the 
bottom.

Over-all the antenna is 45 7/8" high.

I swept it many years ago, it is resonant at 90, 478 and 718 MHz.

The data plate reads:
