[Milsurplus] Lamps etc

I've found a pretty good supply of 327 lamps.  Probably 50 or so of them in the container.  All new.  .25c each plus postage?

I also found some LM-63 lamps in the original packages.  What are they for and ratings?  

A box of 8 GE #381 lamps.  $5

A package of 10 New 15A @  24V cartridge fuses.  $2

A box of 10 Hudson brand #44 lamps. $2.50
