[Milsurplus] Navy-badged Collins 51J receiver photos?

Nick,
The only one of those I might be able to help with is the R-388. The photo
in the front of NAVSHIPS 91678 does show the receiver with an LS-199/U sitting
on top of it. However, the quality of the photo is so-so and there is no
background. With a magnifying glass, I can't really claim to be able to read the
nameplate printing. However, I can make out enough to be able to say that it
does have a Navy Contract number on it and that the number is probably
NObsr-52527. And I can make out enough of the nomenclature on the tag to say that it
reads in part "R-388/URR". The only place in the manual where I see
R-388/URR-23A is in the caption for this photo. There are four front-view photos in
the manual. Two appear of the same receiver with the nameplate as mentioned.
The other two have no nameplate.
I don't have anything on the other three. I'm another one who has only heard
rumours that there was an R-388A.
