[Milsurplus] Binders for mil manuals?

The original AAC binders had posts that were roughly 7/16" dia. and spaced
closer together than standard 1/4" dia. 3-hole punch. Frankly, as I have
acquired a number to which this was already done (and some Navy ones where it seemed
it was done officially) I just put the standard punch holes in them if I need
to bind them.
