[Milsurplus] Expert Audio Processing Help Needed for SAQ Transmission on 17.2 Kcs

I've been successful in accomplishing a very marginal reception of the 
Anderson Alternator  station in Grimeton Sweden  which transmitted on 17.2 
Kcs on December 10 and on Christmas Eve morning. My reception on December 10 
was confirmed by my sending a short wav file to the staff.
My reception on December 24 is very very marginal due to noise.  Serious 
high level noise.

I have  WAV files that are high definition of the reception  on each date 
but I need an audio expert to filter out the local AC noise etc, the noise 
is extremely  high and of course blanks most of the signal.

If you are interested in helping I can send a short 10 second wav file for a 
processing attempt and if a technique is developed I would like to 
"decipher" a longer 2 minute file.
