Roger:

     My guess for the radio at #3, as well as at # 7 and 17, is BC-611. 
(What else could it be?)

     BTW - The black granite wall that is seen in several photos (#5, 6, 7 
and 8) is the Vietnam Veterans' Memorial, better know over here as "The 
Wall."  It is inscribed with the names of all the war dead (over 58,000) 
from all branches of service from the Vietnam War.
