[Milsurplus] Help needed -PRC-138 Nomenclature tag

I'm in the process of cleaning and repainting a PRC-138.  I'd like to replace the ID tag with a new repro but am wondering what is the "correct" tag for that set?  I have seen both metal screw-fastened tags and foil tags (plain black, adhesive, may not have been foil but just plastic)

The guys out there that have these radios, what does your have?
Anyone willing to take a good close-up photo so I can have repros
done of both sorts?  I am also looking for photos of the tags - both
radio and amplifier section - for the PRC-104 and it's younger cousins.
The tags on mine were oversprayed last time it was in the depot, apparenty
so they don't look too good.

If there is a need for repro tags for other gear, speak up.  Maybe
folks could be talked into photos of *those* tags as well.

Older tags - GRC-106, R-390, etc are available from several sources
as repros, but not seen much newer gear.  A repro would be great for
folks repainting and spiffying up their radios.
