Sorry, but no.  The story I got was that he had the mold made as part of a 
swap deal with an MV parts dealer.  I never really understood why the MV 
dealer wanted the mold but don't guess that matters.  He and/or I have repro'd 
a number of Mil radio parts over the years but AFAIK this was the only 
rubber part.
