[Milsurplus] Why Such Little Bidding On BC-348-Q?

FWIW:

It's near Christmas. People are buying presents with what money they have.
The economy is still down. Jobs are not easy to get.
There are huge increases in taxes on the horizon.
A BC-348 is not a PPN-1. They are NOT rare, or even scarce.
