Ralph,

I'm going to guess probably not.  And that it will be internally more like 
the A than the B.  This is the second case like this that I've seen or heard 
of recently.  The other was with the TS-382C/U.  The original Signal Corps 
manual covers the A.  Changes cover the B and D.  And the final one covers 
the A, B, D, E and F, but skips the C.  And I turned out to own three C's.  I 
stumbled across a very poor copy of an instruction book that covered the A 
and C.  Text in the IB either says or implies that both models were built by 
the same contractor and that the manual at least, and by extension the C, 
was ordered on a contract for a specific weapons system rather than for 
general use.  The C operates just like the A, had only one minor differences in 
the schematic, and a few internal mechanical differences.  And is more like 
the A than the B. 

Hopefully that's generally the case with the TV-7C/U.
