Nick, where actually was NAVCOMMSTA PS ? Was this at Sand Point,
Seattle, or Bremerton?
MANY years ago on Armed Forces Day ( I think!) we toured Sand Point
NAS with my father. I got to see the tower and try to remember some
of the frequencies used, which of course overwhelmed me with their
number and I of course remembered none. Also toured an Army 
Corps of Engineers tug and an officer showed me the radio, a biggee
like a Northern, and told me the frequencies it was set up on.
That was a wonderful Navy base.
