I see that CEMB Table of Contents, GEN, ANT, and INT
sections are already posted.

This is a very valuable and interesting document.  I and
I'm sure many others really appreciate Bob's contribution
and Nick's hosting of this material.

I'll really be looking forward to the later sections as
they are made available.
