[Milsurplus] Info wanted - Bendix RG-8A Receiver Indicator

G'day all,

I wonder if anyone can shed any light on this VHF DF receiver, please.

To give an indication of size, the front panel measures 16" x 8". It is 
obviously Ground or vehicle equipment (it does have an aircraft style 
anti-vibration rack) but operates from 115v 50/60 Hz.

Does anyone have a manual or at least a schematic that could be scanned 
as a pdf file, please.
