[Milsurplus] 1" CRT ?

Not specifically, but I'd look for a type number like 1BP4; 1BP7 or
something like that. The first digit is usually the diameter of the screen
in inches; the next two letters are usually "BP" or "CP" or something
similar; the final digit is for the phosphor type:  1 = green, 4 =
white,...  I forget the others.

Also, try www.tubecollectors.org.uk (I think that's right) and look under
CRTs.
