I stand corrected on the nomenclature, so this is a revised ask.

Gentlemen,

I'm looking for a receiver that will tune the .5 to 1.5 mc range, preferably
one of the following, per Robert Downs:

CBY- or CCT-46145
BC-946
R-24/ARC-5

There is a CCT-46145 on the 'Bay place now, but it's hacked and incomplete.

I need it to tune the variable IF in the receiver portion of an ARC-2
transceiver to use as a Q5'er. I don't need a collector, a user would be
fine. I already have a power supply thanks to the generous help of a list
member. It needs to be tunable because the IF in the ARC-2 is a Collins
variable-IF design. The bandwidth of the ARC-2 is just too broad to be
useful on 75 or 40 meters. Thanks in advance for any assistance offered.
