I deal with mold all the time being in the boat business.There is a product 
for cleaning up mold you can get it at Menards or most any place like that 
its called X 3 or something like that.When storeing we pull up the cushions 
and also see if we can get air passing thru with out getting water sometimes 
hard to do.A big box of bakeing soda also helps you can lay that out or put 
the box on something and put holes in the box.For some of the larger stuff 
( over 30ft) we also scatter around moth balls .Now the past many years our 
avarage amount of boats we prep for winter is around 40 or better and we 
dont have mold problems.I think the combo of things we do plus the cold 
keeps them good..
