[Milsurplus] AM-6154 help

I have a few old AM-6154, 6155 amplifiers I want to get on the air, however all need work and none have control grid power supplies/thermal controls modules that match any available schematics including that which is in the TM.  

One version has a 22 ohm 1/4 watt resistor across pins 5 & 7 of the time delay relay socket and pin 7 also connected to one of the hermically sealed relay contact pins.  Pin 5 is also connected to E1 on the circuit board.  I cannot find any of this on any schematic I have.

The other version that is in more of the amps has a small circuit board ( NSN 5996-01-298-2106) mounted on top of the large circuit board (assembly 99828).

The small board has a slide switch on it a few resistors, one transistor and an optoisolator.
The service reports on these amps state that the screen grid modification was installed.

Searches turn up copies of the RF cavity and power supply, but nothing on the grid supply that I do not already have.

If anyone has any information or schematics on these please reply.
