Hi Meir,

I've had good luck using Liquid Tight flex conduit like that shown at
http://www.delikon.com/lfmc.html, available in sizes ranging from 3/8"
to 2"ID. http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/items/6D074 or
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/items/1YPF6 are a couple of examples.
You have to follow with a dye job using black vinyl dye from an
automotive parts place. See
http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/modding/46 for an overview. I've
used http://www.summitracing.com/parts/VHT-SP941 with excellent
results. Hard to tell from the originals. (You probably don't want to
buy a hundred feet, but I included the links so you can see what you are
searching for.) The terminations take a lathe to make the fittings if
they are the screw-on type, but many of the Cannon connectors will take
the flex conduit directly, depending on shell size.
