[Milsurplus] AN/MRR-2 receiver

I recently got a photo of an AN/MRR-2 MF/HF receiver and have posted it at

This is presumably a Marine Corps version of the SRR-12 and FRR-22 units -
is in a  waterproof case (I assume the blue paint s not original!) and
includes 24vdc operation as well as 115vac. I see this one is a /XN-1
prototype. 
Has anyone ever seen another one of these or the similar MRR-3? Does anyone
have a manual? more photos?
