Need 220VDC @0.70ma max
220V typically goes across a coil/choke to ground ,  found in the audio 
pack, with the audio transformer a .05uf cap and audio transformer.  The 
coil develops about -17V above ground @ 0.050 ma typical.  Get a schematic.
