[Milsurplus] WILL TRADE OFF T631/GRC-14 STATION

Unique opportunity here maybe. Never heard of anyone getting one of  
these on the air with one of these 600 # monsters.  One wonders why  
the Corps didn't go with the GRC-19 instead of a new development; just  
had to do their own thing apparently.   I have an R808.  Works OK but  
the R392 is better.
