[Milsurplus] PRC-74

Market has been flooded with 2-12mc 74's from Greece & Austria(like this one) he has steadily been lowering his prices(& shipping which is now $90.00 vice $300). This combined with the dubious reputation of the seller(RF-com) might spell cheep PRC-74.
