Do like a number of the "olde tyme" manufacturers did, mount the meter upside down.

A friend has asked if I can help find a right biased s meter.

The body of the meter is round 55mm diameter with a square front plate about 2,4 to 2,5 inches and is mounted by four screws in every corner of the square plate. The best would be to find a right biased S-meter, but if there is a left biased S-meter instead which will fit as well (measurements) with a current of 100µA then I will take it too. I will change the separate electronical circuit inside the receiver especially for the meter.Perhaps someone in the groups will find an old fashioned one like the SX-28 or NC-125 have or a left biased one with same size as I said, thumb up or better BOTH thumbs up.
