Lists a lot of frequencies.  All of the VHF air frequencies are in the 140-144Mc band, the band covered by ARC-4.  

An interesting tidbit is the mention of low band VHF 37.6, 43.3Mc  use between Fighter Directors.  Reckon that's one possible role for the Galvin (pre-Motorola) set in VHF compartment on MASSACHUSETTS.
