No, more like a cracker with two kinds of cheese on it.  The receiver and the 
transmitter plug into the bottom or back side of the rack, side by side.  And 
that assembly is then set down into the CS-80-(*) case or cabinet.  The shock 
mounts are attached to the bottom of the CS-80 and the plate they sit on is 
then clipped to the fixed part of the mount attached to the aircraft.  Or in 
the case of the SCR-624, attached to the bottom of the right-hand chest in the 
photograph at the URL you posted.  The radio is not visible but the light 
colored cable coming from the RA-62-(*) Rectifier Power Supply is plugged into the 
middle of the FT-244.  The BC-1171 (early) or BC-1312 (late) local control box 
plugs into the rack next to the power cable.  It plugs into the connector 
that in the SCR-522 and SCR-542 takes the cable that goes to the BC-602 Control 
Box and (if present) the interphone system.
