Interesting rig that came in second place to the ATC/ART-13 as others have 
mentioned.   PA is an 814 driven by a 6L6 ECO and plate modulated by a pair of 
6L6s.   Puts out about 40 watts of carrier and modulates fully.   Works quite 
well but audio is definitely "communications quality" and the rig   FMs 
objectionably on 40M.   Several strings of early 2W composition resistors under the 
chassis, most of which were FAR out of tolerance in my set.

Control heads interesting but not required for operation.

Definitely worth preserving.   Good rundown in ER #35.
