G'day  list... don't anyone knock Paypal ! ..stoopidly , in retrospect. I
Paypaled $50 last week September 24,  to some scumbags for a download of a
bit of software .-- got the group from a Google  advt which provided for my
requirements.
They responded after paying,with a URL link that was dead... contacted by
email, their 'support' emailed  another link.... still no joy.
Smelling, methinks a rat, I immediately mailed  Paypal September 28 with the
news---no way that no URL was going to work, and filed a request for
refund.

This morning,  Paypal advised refund made and back in my kitty.--yeah I
checked my A/C to make sure it was genuine ..
Maybe the scammers were known to P P, 
I then googled the listed 'company'  Advance Telecom INC -(should've done it
first) and the reports/complaints were there for all to see.
Pardon for a non current topic--- traps for old players.
