[Milsurplus] ARC-1 to ARC-4 QSO

After some crystal grinding to get the rigs on the same frequency, a QSO was made between K2WI/m using an ARC-4 in the car, and WW2Y using an ARC-1 at the K2WI base, over a 2-mile terrestrial path.

Further work needs to be done to boost the modulation of the ARC-1.  K2WI had to pull over and turn off the car to hear WW2Y from the speaker.  The next thing to be checked is the cathode bypass cap on the modulator tubes.
