[Milsurplus] AM-6154, AM-6155-GRT/21 Question

Does anyone have any information on the screen protection mod. for these amps?

I have one with it installed by the service depot, but I can't find any other information on it.  Physically it is a small PCB mounted to the grid supply on a set of stand-offs.  The other amps do not have this stated this mod. on their service records.  Those grid supplies only have one PCB.
