Thanks everyone for your help.
I found commercial part numbers for the correct line conector.
Bryant 7484NC
Hubbell HBL7484 (screw terminals)
        HBL7484V (insulation displacement terminals)
Levition ML3-C SKU412021

I have the Bryant and Hubbell so I know they fit the GRR-21, 22, GRT-21, 22 and the exciter.  I do not have aLeviton to test.

Graybar and Grainger were able to supply them.
