[Milsurplus] mechanical modulator

The mechanical modulator is probably a wobulator. This would be a 
variable capacitor or inductor driven by a mechanical device. Such as 
a motor with an eccentric wheel driving the voice coil of a speaker. 
The output of the moving voice coil would be determined by the motor 
speed and set to either 90 or 150 Hz.
