[Milsurplus] Mechanical Modulator

I suspect the reference is to the 'Wobbulator" (spelling??) used on the
APN-1 (I think) radio altimeter... the device is actually a voicecoil-driven
variable capacitor with a fairly strong permanent magnet...  I have some
here I picked up years ago at a surplus store in LA and I have had fun
playing with them from time to time... they give fair audio FM and they make
interesting sweep generator elements...
