Just out of curiosity, why would us Hams collect rigs like these that operate from 225 - 400 MHz? Do you guys mod 'em to work on our 220 band? Thanks.

As the FAA depot shop where I work overhauls these devices,
I will try to remember to check next week when I go back to
work. I'm off today.
I'll also email one of the hams in the same shop who actually
rebuilds these amplifiers when they come in burned up due to
lack of maintenance by stupid people in the field.
