[Milsurplus] Black wrinkle paint

Over the years I've done lots of black wrinkle paint using three coats five
minutes apart, and putting it under heat lamps.  I get a good wrinkle in 5
or 10 minutes, but the results have merely been acceptable, not really good,
usually varying from heavy and rough to barely wrinkled.  I just tried a new
one - Eastman black wrinkle paint, with excellent results.  Two heavy coats
three minutes apart and under the heat lamps, giving results comparable to
the good WWII stuff.  Hallelujah!
