[Milsurplus] Last Call for ARC-2 Manual

I applaud Robert for this.

I only offered to make copies at my cost because someone said they
needed it in an earlier post and there were no replies. Robert's price
is just about the same as it would cost me to make copies at Staples,
and I'd prefer not to work several hours for free. Also, his paper is
24# and Staples only has 20# in the self service machines. He binds them
w/ covers too!

I hope his offer will satisfy the need. If you really, really HAVE to
have the version I have, please email me.
