[Milsurplus] I-177B tube tester question looking for resistor part 80 location.

Ok here it is -
Looked all over for part 80, 30K resistor that should be hooked in 
parallel across part 50, the R pot a 3K wire wound variable resistor.  
Looked in the manual other than being on the schematic  and parts list 
found no indication as to the physical location.  Removed the  rectifier 
tubes and looked under them.  Short of removing the transformer to look 
under it I thought I might ask the group before I did so.  So where is 
WALDO! part 80? 

I measured across the pot, part 50, I have 3.3K which is high.  
According to Spock I should be seeing  less, around 2,727.3 ohms. 

It could be that part 80 was removed do to a Field Change Notice?

Progress so far: have about  4 carbon resistors to replace +20% readings 
marked at 5%, not bad.
