[Milsurplus] ARB

I've recently acquired an ARB receiver, it's previous owner has put in a 14V dynamotor, the HT is correct at 225V, but none of the relays will pull in. Is there a manual scanned somwhere in PDF that I can obtain or download? I've searched on most sites, no-one has yet put up an ARB manual!
