[Milsurplus] mil manufacture code 87304

Just as a reminder to all who don't deal with CAGE codes
(no, I don't remember what the words are for the acronymn)
have absolutely NOTHING to do with dates of manufacture!

The are simply a means to IDENTIFY the manufacturer,
whether currently in business or defunct.  The will follow
name changes of a business, but stay the same!  
 
They are assigned to just about any manufacturerer who
sells or has sold stuff to the government on contract.
