[Milsurplus] BC-1031 & BC-1032 Panoramic Adapters

I have your DVD video and was in Radio 1 on the Massachusetts earlier
this week. The Panadapter had Navy numbers, as expected.
I want to figure out what receiver to use with one that I might be
getting. It seems that a BC-342 would require mods.
