[Milsurplus] TBS (Talk Between Ships) Installation Photos

For those into Navy radios, here are some pics taken aboard the
Battleship Massachusetts and uploaded recently to Jerry Proc's excellent
site.

The TBS is WW II vintage AM two way set, operating on a crystal
controlled (Rx and Tx) frequency between 60 and 80 MHz. The Tx uses
mostly 807s and 808s and the set puts out about 50 Watts. Unlike other
sets, it could be used by bridge officers to communicate directly with
their counterparts on other vessels.
