[Milsurplus] BC-348 Questions and Wants

Came into another BC-348R last week. I already have a real nice BC-348-O 
The R is on my bench and works very well. A previous owner built an ac 
supply into it.

I have had other BC-348's and they all identified the manufacturer.

This one does not. Simply says BC-348R on the front panel and inside the 
case. Any ideas?

Also looking for a few parts. One of the thumb screws holding the dial 
cover literally broke when I turned it to remove the cover. I'll have to 
use an easy out to get the broken piece.

I also could use a new enclosure as this one has damage. Looks like it 
was stored next to  a battery as part of the cabinet is eaten away. If 
not, I can probably repair it with some bondo or epoxy and repaint it.
